Return Policy for All Products
You are responsible for your purchase. Please read the whole website and understand that you are purchasing natural supplements and not a controlled substance, as described on the home page. That is the reason Naturalic LLC does not require a prescription from a physician.
Opened or broken sealed bottles for human consumption dietary supplements will not be taken back for any reason. Removal or alteration of a product's seal will automatically be considered as a consumed item and void any possible refunding available under Naturalic LLC Return Policies.
Product Guarantee:
If you purchased multiple bottles, you may be eligible for a money back return on the unopened bottles. (That is, your return amount will be your purchase amount minus $58 for all opened bottles minus shipping and handling charges of $12.) Our 30 day return policy is as follows. Effective 30 days from the time you received your product you must follow the directions for the use of the product for 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Simply requesting a refund is not sufficient for a refund within the guarantee program.
The guarantee requires that you have your weight certified; this can be obtained at a local clinic or doctor’s office. We require certified documentation of a beginning and ending weight. In addition, you must weigh yourself and document the results each day, return unused sealed bottles and all supporting documentation for this offer to be valid.
Failure to comply with guarantee stipulations voids any return policy agreement between Naturalic LLC and client. Simply put: You have to follow the natural supplement instructions, take the product and follow a reasonable diet plan for a minimum of 30 days for the guarantee to be affective. If you don’t lose any weight we will refund your purchase price in accordance with the guarantee, minus open bottles and shipping and handling, as specified above.
All returns must be authorized by support within the 45 days of ordering, by obtaining Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, Refunds that are authorized by support contain (RMA) numbers issued are subject the conditions outlined above.
Products that are returned to Naturalic LLC with a missing (RMA), damaged or altered bottles, seals or labels will be refused by the receiving department.
