How do I place an order online?
When you have decided which product option you would like to purchase, simply click on the “Buy Now” button next to that option to add it to your shopping cart. Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to order you will be automatically taken to the check out page. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, your e-mail address, billing and shipping address, phone number, credit card type, number and expiration date. Once you have filled out the appropriate information click the “Submit Order" button to place your order.
Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes, you can adjust your order at any time before you click the “Submit Order" button. Once you hit “Submit Order", it is not possible to change your order.

Can I edit, cancel, or add to my order once it is submitted? Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be edited.
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us using the form at the bottom of this page. All orders are shipped the next business day excluding weekends. Weekend orders are shipped the following Monday.
If you wish to order more products, it is easy to place another order.
Can I combine two orders? Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined at this time. Each order is shipped individually, even if both were submitted on the same day.

Yes, we do. We have happy customers all around the world including Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Please note: international shipping charges do not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment.
When will my order arrive?
Most domestic orders will arrive within 3 to 5 days after your order has been processed. All orders are processed and shipped the next business day from order date.
Is the package shipped discreetly?
Yes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. There is no mention on the outside of the package as to what is contained inside. Furthermore, your name or any other personal information will never be given or sold to any other company. Your privacy is our utmost concern.

Where is my refund? Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package.
